What is an unconference?
No keynotes! No panels! An opportunity to share even if you did not submit a proposal for the main conference program!
The focus is on informal peer-to-peer learning, PLN building, and sharing!

A: The Library Teacher as a Resource:
Look for teachers who need a friend. Regular schedule. Partner. Form friendships. Control library visit. Put books in kids' hands. Dictate agenda. Secure through departments. Partner with multiple departments. Go to department meetings. Go to PLC or PD sessions. Lesson Plans - 4 go to lesson plans that teachers WANT!!!
B: Reading Promotion: Terri Lai talks about Book Trailers. Google Slides. Storybook before Google Slides. Creative Commons picture or draw. Free music from YouTube. Persuasive BOOK Trailer. Persuade someone to read book.
Destiny Quest - Features. Work with BRAND NEW TEACHERS. They need support. Learn Google Slides together. Everyone gets an A - pressure off. No rules for working - 5 in a group ok. After the SLIDESHOWs, the kids RUN to the shelves to get the books. Over 700 book trailers made in one year.
